2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom (or an approved shipping destination) to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Products

All Pokémon TCG products sold by TCG POKIMONE LTD are 100% authentic, sourced from authorised distributors. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or any related entity. Pokémon and all related names are trademarks of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK Inc.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual card pulls from sealed products are random and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout
  • We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. We do not store your full card details

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:

  • A product is out of stock or incorrectly priced
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • We cannot deliver to your specified address

In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

6. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Free delivery thresholds, where offered, will be stated clearly at checkout

7. Consumer Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days by email at contact@tcgpokimone.com or by letter to our registered address. You must return goods within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

Exception: Sealed Pokémon TCG products (booster boxes, packs, ETBs, tins) that have been opened cannot be returned under the cancellation right, as the contents become known once opened. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

8. Returns and Refunds

In addition to your cancellation rights, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item is:

  • Faulty or damaged on arrival — contact us within 30 days for a full refund, repair, or replacement
  • Not as described — contact us and we will resolve promptly
  • Arrives after the agreed delivery window — you may be entitled to cancel and receive a full refund

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return or your notification of cancellation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of TCG POKIMONE LTD or used with permission, and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of this website or your order
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights as a UK consumer.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.
