Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel (Unopened Items)
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), provided they are unopened and in original condition.
- Email us at contact@tcgpokimone.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm your return request within 2 business days
- Return the item(s) in original packaging within 14 days of notifying us
- We recommend using a tracked service — you are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty
- Refund issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Please note: Sealed TCG products that have been opened (packs, booster boxes, ETBs, tins) are not eligible for return under the change-of-mind right, as the random content becomes known once opened. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are unaffected.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
- A repair where appropriate
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue when contacting us. You will not be required to pay return postage for faulty or misdescribed items.
3. Late or Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking information (provided in your dispatch email)
- Allow 2 additional business days for carrier delays
- Contact us at contact@tcgpokimone.com if the item remains undelivered
If an item is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a full refund or re-shipment at no additional cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened sealed Pokémon TCG products (booster packs, boxes, tins, ETBs)
- Digital codes or digital content
- Items returned after the 14-day cancellation window without a fault claim
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method only
- Processing time: within 14 days of us receiving the return or agreeing to a refund
- Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund
