1. Dispatch Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) of receiving payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details.

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times and costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. TCG POKIMONE LTD is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
4. Tracked Shipping
All orders are sent with a tracking number. Tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website.
5. Safe Packaging
We take great care to ensure Pokémon TCG products are packed securely. Sealed products are protected with bubble wrap, cardboard reinforcement, and tamper-evident packaging to arrive in perfect condition.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically leave a calling card with redelivery or collection instructions. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional postage may apply) or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
